  • All quotations are based on project scope, site conditions, and client requirements
  • Prices may vary if there are changes in scope after project approval
  • Final pricing will be confirmed before execution

3. Payments

  • Advance payment may be required before starting the project
  • Remaining payment terms will be shared in the proposal or agreement
  • Delay in payments may affect project timelines or service continuation

4. Project Timeline

  • Timelines are estimated based on project size and complexity
  • Delays due to weather, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may occur
  • The Urban Plants will keep clients informed about any changes

5. Maintenance Services (AMC)

  • Maintenance services are provided as per agreed schedule and scope
  • Any additional work outside the AMC scope will be charged separately

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate site details and requirements
  • Ensure site access and necessary permissions
  • Avoid interference that may affect project execution

7. Plant Care & Warranty

  • Plants are living elements and depend on proper care and environment
  • We guide clients on care practices, but plant survival depends on external factors
  • No guarantee on plant lifespan due to weather, pests, or site conditions

8. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Once a project is confirmed, advance payments are non-refundable
  • Cancellation terms, if any, will be mentioned in the project agreement

9. Liability

The Urban Plants is not liable for:

  • Natural plant damage due to weather or environmental factors
  • Delays caused by external conditions beyond our control
  • Any indirect or incidental damages

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and concepts shared by The Urban Plants remain our property unless agreed otherwise in writing.

11. Changes to Terms

The Urban Plants reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
